Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver training in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
• Teach frontend + backend integration
• Guide students through complete full-stack projects
• Train students on building RESTful APIs
• Introduce modern web development practices
• Provide hands-on experience with real-world applications
• Mentor students on debugging, deployment, and best practices
• Evaluate student performance and progress
Experience Required:
• 1–3+ years in full stack development
• Prior training/teaching experience is required

Required Skills & Qualifications – Full Stack Web Development Trainer (MERN Stack)
✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates with strong MERN Stack experience may also be considered.
✅ Technical Skills – Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN Stack) along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful API development.
✅ Teaching & Training Skills – Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical way. Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or bootcamps is a strong advantage.
✅ Problem Solving & Coding Skills – Strong understanding of data structures, debugging, and building real-world full stack applications.
✅ Understanding of Web Development Trends – Familiarity with modern frameworks, UI/UX basics, responsive design, and latest industry practices.
✅ Time Management – Ability to manage training schedules, prepare lesson plans, and deliver sessions on time while handling multiple batches if required.
✅ Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students and team members.
✅ Project Development (Preferred) – Ability to guide students in building real-world projects like e-commerce apps, dashboards, blogs, and APIs.
