BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or related field
Experience Required:
• 1–3+ years of relevant industry or teaching experience
• Prior training/mentoring experience is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on training in Python (Core & Advanced)
• Teach and implement Django Framework for web development
• Guide students in building real-world projects
• Develop and integrate REST APIs
• Train students on database handling (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Introduce practical use of AI tools & APIs (TensorFlow / OpenAI APIs)
• Monitor student progress and provide mentorship
• Design assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects
• Stay updated with latest AI & backend development trends
Required Skills:
1. Strong command of Python programming
2. Practical experience with Django Framework

✅ Education – Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
✅ Programming Skills – Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django/Django REST Framework. Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
✅ Problem-Solving & Logic – Strong analytical thinking and ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
✅ Understanding of AI Concepts – Basic to intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Analysis, or AI model integration.
✅ Backend Development – Experience in building APIs, working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and handling server-side logic.
✅ Time Management – Ability to manage multiple development tasks, meet deadlines, and handle training sessions effectively.
✅ Communication Skills – Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly while conducting training sessions or mentoring students.
✅ Training & Mentorship (Preferred) – Interest or experience in teaching, conducting workshops, or guiding learners in Python and AI.
